The evening schedule will include:

                                                          Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament

You are welcome to mail, telephone or bring your petitions to be remembered during these nine days of prayer.  The traditional St. Clare’s Bread will be blessed on the final night of the novena and also after the Mass on our Holy Mother’s Solemnity which will be offered in our chapel by Most Rev. Edward K. Braxton, bishop of Belleville , on Saturday, August 11 at 8:00 a.m.

The theme for this year’s solemn novena is CLARE: CLOSE TO US.   As we commend your intentions to her powerful intercession, we pray that you and your loved ones will experience how close she is to YOU – and how ready she is to obtain all that you need to live, even in these challenging times, in hope, in peace and in the glorious freedom of the children of God.

Gratefully, in our Seraphic Mother St. Clare,

your Poor Clare Sisters
